Crystal Bed Experience

I offer a combination of healing modalities within the Crystal Bed Experience.
Each experience is intended for the well-being of your mind, body, and spirit. Loving intentions are set and held for you as you are invited into a relaxed state, surrounded by the frequencies of high-vibrational music and essential oils. The room is filled with intentional objects and symbols to support your journey from the moment you enter the space.
Large noble Selenite Crystals, as well as an extraordinary Rose Quartz Crystal, offer the energy of unconditional love and clearing energy that amplifies your experience. An eye mask is provided for your session, helping to guide you inward to release and surrender what no longer serves you while you absorb powerful health-supporting frequencies to uplift you. You can simply breathe and allow anything you need to become aware of for your highest good to come through or slip into a deep meditative rest or sleep.
You can be fully clothed, partially clothed, or nude if you desire. You will be lovingly tucked into soft blankets as you lay on top of the Healthy Wave™ Mat while you are also bathed in the healing light frequencies of 7 Vogel Crystals from above, each aligning with your major chakras.
In addition to the above combination, you may also add on Energetic Healing with me while you are on the Crystal Bed, with or without an extended 30 minutes of integration following the experience on the Crystal Bed.

Energetic Healing with Deborah
The energy of healer means that I open to hold the frequency of wholeness and spaciousness for infinite possibilities for you. In this space, there is no lack, no dis-ease. Wherever you feel lack, are experiencing suffering or unwellness in your body temple, I hold that the opposite is actually true. I also hold great compassion for what you are currently experiencing. I see it, and I feel it so that you can use this vibration as an invitation to remember this for yourself and step into wholeness and healing. A simple yet powerful reminder can create a turning point for you to heal.
I offer myself up to receive and radiate loving energy to you. The frequency of Mother Mary, Christ Consciousness, The Blue Ray, Hathor, Isis, “Alyssa” (a collective group of Divine Feminine energy which includes White Buffalo Woman as one voice), Archangels, departed loved ones, Reiki Masters-including my own personal guide Tatsura, are some of the energies clients have become aware of in support of their healing.
Most clients prefer that my hands be placed directly on their body temple for the energetic transmissions that come through. However, this can also be done above the body, depending on your preference. Often, I use a combination of both as I am intuitively guided to do so.
The Crystal Bath
Generated from above the body temple, you are bathed in the light by 7 Vogel Crystals. These are aligned to the corresponding 7 main energy centers of the body, commonly known as the Chakras:

Pulsating light shines through each Vogel Crystal which is adjusted perfectly to each chakra on your body. The speed of the pulsation of light is intuitively adjusted for you, depending on previous experience with this crystal bath, intention, sensitivity, and current state of health.
Vogel crystals enable spiraling energy that creates the movement of doses of natural radiation delivered to the human body through heat, light, and vibration. The purpose of a Vogel Crystal is to amplify and cohere (gather) the thought and energy that you desire to focus on your body/mind and life experience.
Healthy Wave™ Mat

PEMF Therapy*
The Healthy Wave™ Mats low-frequency PEMF operates in the same frequency range as the earth's magnetic field, which helps bring our own magnetic field back to its natural state. Far Infrared Therapy
Far Infrared Rays (FIR) increase blood flow, which creates a more functional circulation system. Well-circulating blood assures that tissues will receive the nutrients and oxygen they need to sustain metabolic activities. Our bodies, which contain 75% water, easily become polluted with stress, emotional trauma, toxins, heavy metals, and chemicals from the diet, the environment, and medications. Far Infrared Rays assist detoxification of our water molecules and promote our health and well-being by reducing the ion bonds of the atoms that are holding the molecules of water together.
Far Infrared Heat Therapy is amplified through the use of crystals, including amethyst, jade, quartz, tourmaline, and obsidian. When heated, these crystals create far infrared heat that penetrates 3-8 inches into the body. This far infrared heat can improve blood flow and microcirculation where applied. It can also help temporarily relieve muscle pain, joint pain, and stiffness. This relief of joint pain has been associated with helping arthritis, muscle spasms, minor strains, and improved relaxation.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is based on the principle of delivering light energy to your cells. When exposed to energies like red light, your cells soak up the light and make more energy. This is similar to how plants absorb light via photosynthesis, using that energy to fuel the organism's activities. The parts of your cells that do this are called mitochondria and are often referred to as the power generators. This energy can be used by all the cells in your body. While the cells directly exposed receive the majority of the energy, your cells can also transfer it throughout the body.
Red light therapy is often referred to as low-power laser therapy. You can use various colors or wavelengths of light in low-power laser therapy, but Red-light therapy is most often used as red light between 633-830nm, which can penetrate the skin the deepest, delivering its energy to most cells. This helps deliver the most red-light energy to the most cells for the most benefits.
Negative Ions
Negative ions are essential to life, and they are the anti-oxidants of the air which fight free radicals and are the essential building blocks of every atom. Nature is full of negative ions, and an abundance of them are found in forests near waterfalls and other bodies of water. In the modern environment in homes, office buildings, and cities, there is typically a shortage of negative ions and an abundance of their opposite, positive ions. When people have a surplus of negative ions around them, they typically feel better, calmer, more relaxed, and happier, increasing their energy. Negative ions can even help clean the air from germs, allergens, dust, and mold, neutralizing them in the air. This is why when you are out in nature, you feel so much better because of the negative ions.
Amethyst, Tourmaline, Quartz, Obsidian, and Jade crystals provide us with a natural source of negative ions. Especially when heated, these crystals can generate up to 1500+/cc negative ions per minute. This is an excellent way to receive your negative ions because when lying on the mat, they are delivered directly to you. Your body absorbs them and uses them as needed adding to the relaxing and therapeutic effect while on the crystal bed.
Crystal Therapy
Crystals have been used for thousands of years due to their unique energetic properties. Many people enjoy the energy of being around certain crystals, but their ability goes far beyond this. The Healthy Wave Mat is made of Amethyst Crystals, Tourmaline Crystals, Obsidian Crystals, Quartz Crystals, and Jade Crystals. When heated, these crystals act as the catalyst to create far infrared rays and generate negative ions. Crystals are not just simple rocks as many of them carry energetic properties, such as amethyst which is superconductive and generates its own small magnetic field, or tourmaline, which generates piezoelectricity when agitated (aka heating).
